All tuition classes will remain closed in G’nagar

Ahmedabad : After the tragic incident in the tuition class at Surat, the government authority has been on the toe since yesterday in Gandhinagar. As Gandhinagar is the hub of education, here many illegal tution classes are being run.
Hundreds of students are being taught from basement to terrace. Many tuition classes are lacking of fire safety equipment and do not have fire safety licenses. Safety is checked periodically by the Fire Department of Municipal corporation, but it does not get any concrete results. After the tragedy of tuition classes at Surat, Municipal Commissioner of Gandhinagar has instructed to close all the tuition classes in Gandhinagar.
If a tuition class is run in a place without a fire safety check, it will be sealed.
District collector SK Langa has instructed fire department, TPO, education officers, municipal employees to find a tuition class without fire NOC. In the next three to four days, checking procedures will be completed, but until then the Fire department appeals parents not to send their children for tuition classes.
