Gandhinagar : Gujarat High Court opens first digital Justice Clock. Visualizer of Digital India and as a part of the agenda of PM Narendra Modi, Gujarat has also become a path maker in this bandwagon. Under the guidance of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Law Minister Rajendra Trivedi and Science and Technology Minister Jitu Waghani, every section of society can pay court fees at home. the State Government and Gujarat High Court has launched the E-Court Fee portal. Through this e-court fee portal, It is the demand of the time and to utilize the resources of courts, this portal will be helpful to all the citizens to pay their court fees online. Law Minister Rajendra Trivedi said that the Gujarat government has taken various new dimensions to realize Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream of make a digital India. The country has set new trends by strengthening the justice and justice delivery system. On the occasion of the launching of the ‘Digital Justice Clock’ prepared by the Gujarat High Court today, in the persuasive presence of the Minister of Science and Technology, Jitu Waghani, the Revenue Minister added that under the guidance of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, state has taken some very good steps and because of that it has resulted in a greater transparency. State courts have also expanded the reach of e-facilities, including e-court fees and other services provided through online digitization, which has made the justice delivery system much easier.

On this occasion, Supreme Court Judge Justice D. Y. Chandrachud, Justice M.R. Shah, Justice Bela Trivedi, Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court Justice Arvind Kumar, other judges of the high court, Justice R.M.Chhaya, Justice Sonia Gokani, Advocate General Kamal Trivedi, Additional Solicitor General Devang Vyas, Bar Council Chairman KishoreKumar Trivedi, Gujarat High Court Advocate Asso. President Asim Pandya, senior judges of the high court as well as senior officials of NIC were connected through virtual medium.
