Gandhinagar : Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani exuded confidence that the GU-JIO UPSC Training Centre ‘Pragna Peetham’, jointly started by the Gujarat University and Jain International Organisation (JIO) in Ahmedabad, would provide great opportunity to youth to be able administrators. Speaking at a function to e-dedicate the Centre through videoconferencing, he said that Gujarat will provide special contribution to groom highly skilled human resources in the field of management to fulfil the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s goal to build ‘Naya Bharat – Atmanirbhar Bharat’ to realise his resolve for Ram Rajya, through his policy of development and good governance. It is absolutely essential to increase knowledge and skill not just for human beings but the entire creation. CM Rupani said that our tradition intermingles Upanishads with Satellites, past with present, service to humanity with good governance, welfare of people with compassion towards all creature. Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasma said that Gujarat leads in Students Startup Innovation Policy, Atal Lab and Startup Ranking. He described the UPSC Training Centre, as another initiative of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, as a landmark and memorable day for collaboration between religious and educational organisation to groom refined and polished officers. Jain acharya Pujya Gunivarya Nayapadmasagarji Maharaj expressed his happiness at the commissioning of the UPSC Training Centre in collaboration with JIO as a high quality skill development centre. Minister of State Vibhavariben Dave and Principal Secretary for Education Anju Sharma, among others, joined the event through video link. Gujarat University Vice-Chancellor Himanshu Pandya welcomed the guests.
