Gandhinagar : Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has crossed the century of TP approval for the third consecutive year by approving 100 TPs in the year 2020. With the development of urban areas of the state, the Chief Minister has achieved 100 consecutive TP approvals in the years 2018 and 2019 with a transparent and decisive approach to acquire land for housing, public facilities as well as infrastructural facilities for the economically and socially weaker sections. CM Vijay Rupani with the determination to speed up the development work through the new normal new lifestyle to speed up the life of the people even in the Corona period, in the month of December this year in the last 15 days 300 TP. Final approval of the scheme has introduced a fast and quick working system. The Chief Minister said that despite the hurdles caused by the transition of Corona this year, the pace of development works has been maintained at 20-20. The sanctioning century has once again crossed for the third year in a row. The Chief Minister had recently expressed his determination to meet the target of a century in TP / DP clearance this year as well when launching the Online Development Permission System 2.0 on December 3 last year. This year’s TP century includes 20 drafts, 19 preliminary and 51 final TPs. Besides, the Chief Minister has approved the development plans of 11 cities in the current year 2020. The final approval of Surat’s development plan has also put an end to the problem of reservations that have been lingering for years.

The Chief Minister has also launched the Online Development Permission System (ODPS) 2.0 so that the people of Gujarat do not have to rush to the office for development permission and get official maps and leave letters within 3 hours of sitting at home. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has urged the officials to take prompt action with a civic oriented approach to ensure amenities to the citizens in the urban development department. As a result of which a total of 111 D.P. / TP has provided an example of a truly pro-people operation.
