Gandhinagar : Adequate arrangements have been made at Ambaji temple by the state government. Tourism Minister Purnesh Modi has said that Bhadarvi Poonam’s Maha Mela is held every year in the Shukla Paksha in Shaktipeeth Ambaji, which is a combination of power, devotion and nature. But considering the current situation of Corona and keeping in view the health of the devotees, by canceling the traditional fair, adequate system of Darshan has been made available by the State Government to the pilgrims with the maintenance of full covid protocol. The Minister has prayed for the blessings of Jagdamba to remain uninterrupted on the citizens of the state and for Gujarat to become free from corona soon. Informing the media about the arrangements made by the state government for the visitors on the occasion of Bhadarvi Poonam at the holy pilgrimage site Ambaji today, the Minister added that Bhadarvi Poonam is the center of faith of people all over India. Millions of my devotees come on foot to seek blessings of goddess Amba. So Bhadarvi Purnima festival has a special and unique significance. The state government has issued various guidelines regarding the global pandemic of corona which is currently prevailing all over the world. Various arrangements have been made by the State Government and Ambaji Devasthan Trust in the period of Bhadarvi Poonam from 15/9/2021 to 20/9/2021 to ensure proper maintenance of law and order as well as the guideline of Covid 19.
He added that arrangements have been made so that the visitors can have better facilities. Adequate vigilance has been maintained by the district administration for the safety of the pilgrims for the planning of Bhadarvi Poonam. Health Committee Emergency Treatment Committee, Sanitation Committee, Road Repair Committee, Water Supply Committee, Electricity Committee, Milk and Food Distribution and Verification Committee, Control and Parking Committees have been formed, Hotel and Guest House Inn Inspection, Tourist Management and Pilgrims Housing Committee, Management Committee on Gabbar, Control of Stray Cattle, VIP Protocol and Liaison Committee, Food Management Committee, Prasad Management Committee, Emergency Response Committee, Vehicle Inspection and Pass Committee, Help Center for Disadvantaged Children were formed. Arrangements have been made for the visitors to visit Shakitpeeth Ambaji Temple from 15/9/2021 to 20/9/2021, according to which Darshan will be held from 6.00 am to 11.30 am, 12.30 pm to 5.00 pm and from 7.30 to 1.30 in the night.
