Danta (Banaskantha) : The work of making four lane 22 km road from Danta to Ambaji has been completed by the State Roads and Buildings Department at a cost of Rs. 120 crore. This four-lane road connecting Ambaji and View Point built on Trishulia Ghat was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel. Then at Shakti Peeth Ambaji, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel paid obeisance to Goddess Amba. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel in an interview with the media said that devotees from all over the country and the world are grateful to come here at Ambaji temple. The road was sanctioned three years ago by the state’s road and building department to increase the facilities for pilgrims from home and abroad in Ambaji. Which has been unveiled today. Roads connecting Ahmedabad to Ambaji, Deesa-Palanpur to Ambaji, Himmatnagar to Ambaji and North Gujarat to Ambaji have been made four-lane. Road works have been completed very fast by the Roads and Buildings Department in mountainous and hilly areas. He said that developing Yatradham Ambaji as a tourist destination is the dream project of our popular Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Religious place Ambaji is being developed as a tourist destination. Tourism facilities have been made available here. He added that there were frequent accidents on Danta to Ambaji Road at Trishuliya Ghat in the past. Making the road four-lane would prevent accidents and increase the safety of pilgrims. There is a beautiful view point facility at Trishulia Ghat. In this place, children, youths and elders can enjoy the greenery by stopping here on their way to and from the Temple.
Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel said the state government is fully equipped to deal with a possible third wave of Corona.
