Kaprada and Dang : Addressing a public meeting for the by-election of Kaprada assembly seat, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said, “Congress MLAs do not trust their own central and state leadership, so the Congress is falling apart. Eight MLAs from Gujarat Congress have recently resigned en masse.” This is the last nail in the coffin of the Congress from Gujarat. Eight MLAs, including Jitu Chaudhary, a former MLA from Kaprada, have resigned to win three Rajya Sabha seats from Gujarat to support Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s policy of development in the interest of the country. The Chief Minister said that BJP’s victory in the eighth by-election is certain. After the results of eight by-elections in Gujarat, the Congress will break even more. The people have no longer trust the Congress. Congress only runs dirty politics and familism. The Congress is not working for the welfare of the people but only for protesting. That is why Jitubhai Chaudhary has left the Congress and joined the BJP so that the welfare of the people of Kaprada area can be done. The Congress does not appreciate its sincere MLAs, so today the Congress is calling Jitubhai Chaudhary, a traitor, who was serving as an MLA in the Congress till yesterday.
Addressing a public meeting at Borkhet-Ahwa for the Dang Assembly seat by-election, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that the Election Commission of India has announced to hold elections not only in Gujarat but also in Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh as per the provisions of the Constitution. I congratulate to all for the election rally held today following the rules of social distance, masks and frequent hand sanitization in the Corona era. The Chief Minister said that the lotus is the vehicle of Lakshmi and is a symbol of prosperity, so let’s bring prosperity to Dang by voting for the symbol of the lotus. A total of eight Congress MLAs, including BJP candidate for the Dang Assembly Mangalbhai Gavit, have resigned after accepting Narendra Modi’s development policy. The central government has passed a number of laws in the national interest such as new laws passed in Parliament, repeal of Article 30 for Kashmir, commencement of construction of Ram temple, CAA, law against three divorces. Like the Lok Sabha, Mangalbhai’s spirit was to win the BJP’s third Rajya Sabha candidate from Gujarat to get a majority in the Rajya Sabha, so he left the Congress and joined the BJP. The Congress does not have a single development issue at present, so it raises the issue of defection.
