Surat : Cabinet will earn trust through good governance said, CM Bhupendra Patel. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel chairs meeting with public representatives and local administrative officials at Surat District Seva Sadan and expressed hope that the representation made by public representative will be resolved soon. Stating that the new government, the new cabinet will earn the trust of the people through ‘good governance’, CM said that, adequate focus will be given on resolving pending issues, representations and public issues of Surat city and district. CM said that the state government would take appropriate action on the question use of amount of CSR fund for the welfare of the citizens of Surat district. Surat has a large population; here is a rush of people to get income certificates and necessary certificates. In this regard, it was also proposed to start Zone wise City Service Centers in the area of Collector’s jurisdiction to alleviate the difficulty faced by the people in obtaining certificates, so that the people could easily get Certificates. The problem of monsoon floods in Varachha area of Surat, pending applications for widow assistance and NFSA claim applications, increasing the number of Aadhaar card kits was also discussed in meeting. In this regard, the Chief Minister said that the government is committed to be as helpful to the people as possible by paying special attention to the issues affecting the people. Union Minister of State for Railways and Textiles Darshana Jardosh, Minister of State for Home Department Harsh Sanghvi, Minister of State for Urban Development Vinod Moradiya, Minister of State for Agriculture, Energy and Petrochemicals Mukesh Patel, MP and State BJP President C.R. Patil, MP, Mayor, District Panchayat President, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, Police Commissioner, District Development Officer, MLA’s leaders and high officials were present.
