Ahmedabad : Gujarat’s Chief Minister Vijay Rupani made an explosive speech at a CREDAI program today. “I am not a partner with anyone. Today, I do not own an inch of land in the state,” he said. “I have come here to play Twenty-20 so I don’t care about crease. I have a habit of playing at half a pitch. I have no partner so I don’t have to worry!” these are the words of chief minister Vijay Rupani. Having said this, he also conveyed the imprecise message to the landlords and the irregularities in the town planning area and those practitioners. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani made an important statement at a property show held in Ahmedabad. On the occasion of inauguration of GIHED Property Show, he made some explosive statements. He further said that, “When I became the Chief Minister, I had decided to play at half of the pitch. I have never hesitated in making public decisions. I don’t have to worry about crease. I can make quick decisions. Because I do not have an inch of land in Ahmedabad, Surat or in Vadodara. I don’t even have a partner, so I don’t have to worry. I have no land anywhere. No one here is my partner, he added. “I am clear and can make decisions quickly,” he said. Our department has instructed that 1oo TP should be cleared and allowed every year.” Two to four TPs of Ahmedabad are complicated. He also added that we need to focus on development and growth. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani had inaugurated the GIHED-CREDAI property show at GMDC Ground in Ahmedabad today. He said that more than 45% of the population in Gujarat is in urban areas. The government is having future planning which will be for next 2-3 years. He further said that, We have built a system that works easily. Each year, the department has been given the target of sanctioning 100 new TPs and has exceeded the target for the last six years.
