Ahmedabad : These two children of Gujarat won child award. 14-year-old roller skater Khushi Patel from Ahmedabad and 17-year-old swimmer Mantra Harkhani from Rajkot have become the winners of the Prime Minister’s National Children’s Award-2021 in Gujarat. 14-year-old skater Khushi Patel represented India in international events, for which she received this honor. Khushi is studying commerce in class 11 at Udgam School for Children. At the same time, 17-year-old Mantra Harkhani of Rajkot has also emerged as the winner of Prime Minister’s National Children’s Award – 2021 for swimming. Khushi, who has been skating since the age of four, said that initially she had trouble practicing due to lack of basic facilities, but over time some good skating rings were made in Ahmedabad. This led to convenience. In 2020, at the age of 14, Khushi was the youngest participant in the under-19 age group, where she was ranked fourth. This year, he represented India in the Artistic Skating World Championships held in France.
