The District Education Officer then checks the applications in their account and submits the application online to the Commissioner’s Schools Office with the required opinion. As per the prevailing rules, a committee consisting of Joint Director of Education (Secondary), Joint Director of Education (10 + 2), Joint Director (Accounts) and Deputy Secretary of the Education Department is formed with the opinion of the Deputy Director level officer after verification by the concerned branch. This committee examines all the proposals and submits them online to the Commissioner with the opinion of approving or rejecting. And after the final decision is taken by the commissioner, the school is informed about it online. It is worth mentioning here that school administrators do not have to go in person or submit papers in the whole process. The whole process is paperless and faceless. Which is an excellent example of transparent administration.
