Gandhinagar : Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani visited Rajkot today to launch a number of developmental projects. Rupani dedicated a police station at Hadmatala built at a cost of Rs.35 lakhs and announced the approval of a gas pipeline that will reach till this place. The CM also dedicated an ambulance on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, the CM expressed with utmost pride and happiness that Gujarat has been on a fast track development since the last 15 years and assured that people to work dedicatedly for better days to come. He talked about zero tolerance towards crimes, better opportunities for industries, farmers and the people.
Mr. Rupani also talked about the desalination plants that will be set up in Gujarat to solve the problem of potable water for people in water scarce regions.
The CM handed over appointment letters to 5 apprentices and accepted a cheque worth Rs.1, 51, 000 as a part of the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. The amount was given by the Workers’ Association of Hadmatala. In addition to that, the CM honoured four children from Gondal who were winners in an International competition.
