Gandhinagar : Gujarat state received healthgiri awards. State spokesperson and Minister Jitu Waghani and Minister Rajendra Trivedi said that a meeting of the state cabinet was held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel in which various decisions were taken in the interest of citizens and farmers. The spokesperson added that in order to provide employment to the needy people working in the field of weaving and to encourage people to buy khadi, the officials and employees of the education department across the state will meet on October 9 to give massive success of PM Narendra Modi’s mantra of ‘Khadi for Nation – Khadi for Fashion’. The state will encourage weaving artisans by buying khadi. He also requested the officers and employees of a private organization to buy khadi on this day. He added that India Today Group is planning to give the annual cleaning award from the year 2018. While Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a series of awards to many people who have made a name for themselves by contributing to the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Gujarat Health Award – Healthgiri, has been given to Gujarat by Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandvia. This award is a reincarnation of the India Today cleanlinessi Award. He congratulated all the health workers for this award.
He added that today, as on October 6, 2021, 4,26,71,906 citizens in Gujarat, i.e., 86.5 per cent citizens got the first dose and 2,00,58,028 citizens got the second dose. In the state, 2 doses of vaccine have been given to every one thousand citizens. Gujarat is one of the leading states in the country. Spokesperson Minister Waghani said that in the persuasive presence of Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, the Defense Researchers and Development Organization-DRDO And an MOU has been signed between Gujarat University and New Delhi at an estimated cost of Rs. 100 crore for the establishment of a Center of Excellence. The center is owned by DRDO of India. It will be the only research center working on subsidized cyber security. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities in the field of defense at the national level, this system will be operational at the Research Park University sponsored by the Government of Gujarat.
