Ahmedabad : As cases of coronavirus are increasing day by day, authority and government are trying to provide at most help to the people so, that India can give proper fight to Corona. In Gujarat, Health department has published an advisory related to queries about Coronavirus. Health department has said that, we request to Call on Helpline no. 104 for all types of queries and support related to the CoronaVirus. Health Department has requested all the citizens to contact helpline number 104 for all types of queries and support related to the COVID-19 or Coronavirus infection. The Department has also advised not to make unnecessary or unrelated calls on helpline 104 as this can lead to congestion and curtail help for the needy. It is worth to note that, on an average 15000 phone calls per day are being received on 104 helpline, out of which only 7.4 percent of those phone calls are for corona or other medical help. So health department have appealed people of the state to use the service judiciously by making only necessary calls on 104 helpline.
