Ahmedabad : Prizes were given to the photographers by the chief minister Bhupendra Patel in a photo exhibition. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel today inaugurated a ‘Photo Exhibition’ organized by the Photo Journalists Association at Ravi Shankar Art Gallery in Ahmedabad. About 160 beautiful and rare photographs have been displayed in the ‘Photo Exhibition’ organized by the Photojournalists Association on the occasion of World Photography Day. The Chief Minister watched these pictures with great interest. The Chief Minister applauded the many memorable moments captured by the camera and congratulated the photographers. Creative pictures taken by the 31 members of the Photojournalist Association, established almost 30 years ago, from the time of Corona until now, have been displayed in this exhibition. Apart from the natural beauty, customs and human sensibilities from the testing made available by the government to other facilities in the Corona period, the best pictures that have been captured in the camera by the photographers have been displayed in this exhibition. Amit Dave, Shailesh Solanki and Dhaval Bharwad were awarded first, second and third best photographs respectively and 10 consolation prizes were given by the Chief Minister. The exhibition will be open to the public from 11 am to 8 pm till 28th August. Rajya Sabha MP Narahari Amin, Ahmedabad Municipal Standing Committee Chairman Hitesh Barot, BJP City President Amit Shah, MLA Rakesh Shah etc. were present on the occasion of the inauguration of this photo exhibition.
