Gandhinagar : Actor Vivek Oberoi met CM Vijay Rupani at Gandhinagar. Actor visited CM office for the discussion about various subjects on digital mission. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani discussed about startup and innovation projects in Gujarat with bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi in Gandhinagar. This meeting was specially for the discussion about the various projects for Divyang people of Gujarat. Vivek Oberoi had a detailed consultation with the Chief Minister on how to make the Startup Innovation Education System work effectively for the disabled, especially through the Swarnim Startup and Innovation University in the Startup Innovation Sector. He also held discussions on the initiative taken by Startup-Innovation University through Toy Hackathon to create a toy industry hub through startup-innovation in the toy industry sector in Gujarat. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani also said that the state government would extend appropriate cooperation in his endeavor to get the startup-innovation of persons with disabilities right in the rural hinterlands.

Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi also expressed his desire to participate in coaching facility for rural youth through digital media platform in collaboration with the state government so that young students in Gujarat do not have to go out of the state for coaching of exams like JEE, IIIT. To boost the digital media platform for Divyang people of rural sector, wil give them confidence to appear in competitive exams. Earlier actor Vivek Oberoi had also visited Gujarat and specially in Ahmedabad to explore opportunity in the education sector and discussion was at university level to initiate the Film education project in Ahmedabad and also in other places of Gujarat. The Chief Minister also instructed him at the meeting to visit for startup incubation including iCreate. The meeting of actor Vivek Oberoi with the Chief Minister was also attended by Chief Secretary Anil Mukim, Chief Minister’s Secretary Kailash Nathan, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister and Additional Chief Secretary to the Industry M.K.Das.
