Gandhinagar : Agri. minister’s surprise visit to motivate employees of his department. Agriculture Minister Raghavji Patel paid a surprise visit to the offices functioning at Krishi Bhavan, Gandhinagar to solve the problems faced by the employees of the offices belonging to the Department of Agriculture and to encourage them. During this visit, all the officers-employees instructed the Heads of Departments to get the benefits of farmer welfare schemes promptly through conscientious efforts with full capacity. He also added that efforts will continue to achieve excellent results through continuous excellent work by reducing the gap between the minister’s office and field offices.
During this visit, the minister paid a surprise visit to the offices of the head of the department, the office of the director of agriculture, the office of the director of horticulture, the office of the director of animal husbandry, the Gujarat Agri. University Council and the Livestock Development Board at Krishi Bhawan. And got the details of the employees present and absent in the office and also monitored the office functioning of all the offices.

The Minister took stock of the basic facilities for employees in the offices of the Head of the Department and made suggestions for more appropriate facilities. He encouraged the employees by coming to the office regularly and instructed the heads of the department to attend the office on time and work continuously to answer the questions of the public with their full capacity. Further, the minister motivated the employees by saying that we can provide excellent services to the citizens only through the dedicated work of the sincere employees. The purpose of the minister’s surprise visit to the offices of the head of the department was to know the functioning of the offices, to get familiar with the environment of the office, to encourage the hard-working employees and to know the obstacles in the work of the employees. During this visit, Director of Agriculture M. J. Solanki, Director of Animal Husbandry Falguni Thacker along with the heads of all the offices working at Krishi Bhawan were present and provided necessary information to the Minister.
