Gandhinagar : Govt. is committed to strengthen the judiciary, said law minister Rajendra Trivedi. Law Minister Rajendra Trivedi has said that while the state government is moving ahead with its commitment to make Gujarat the best of the best, it has made time bound plans to strengthen the judiciary and govt. is committed that citizens should get cheap and fast justice at home as part of which and to established news district, taluka and family courts, state government will grant 91 crores. Law Minister Trivedi added that under the guidance of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, a state-of-the-art and well-equipped District Court, Taluka Court and Family Court building would be constructed in the future and Rs. 91 crore and for that administrative sanction has been granted. Minister Trivedi added that the state government has given priority to the important factor of speedy justice delivery systems i.e. requirements for construction of court building. As part of this, to build new court building at Himmatnagar, Rs. 60,33,50,000 / – and for construction of new taluka court building at Tharad Rs. 12,33,50,000 / – has been approved and a public oriented approach has been adopted.

This court building will enhance the facilities of the citizens equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and also increase the efficiency of the staff / officers working in the place. The Minister added that the state government has provided state-of-the-art facilities to the judges and staff attached to the judiciary, i.e. the court building as well as adequate accommodation facilities for the judges and staff. For the construction of 10 residential houses at a cost of total of Rs. 6.73 crore and for the construction of a total of 21 residential houses for staff Rs. 8 crore have been sanctioned. He added that the Prime Minister has taken a leading approach for the divyang people by enabling them to enter the state courts at Kalol, Dahegam, Malpur, Idar, Talod, Bhiloda easily and the state government has allocated Rs. 51,67,500. In addition, the state government has allocated Rs. 3,44,27,200/- to make advanced changes in the high court.
