Bhavnagar : Science Expansion Program for India International Science Festival will be organized in collaboration with Central Salt and Marine Chemical Research Institute and Scientific Bharatiya, Gujarat chapter, Bhavanagar. This is an outreach activity which is carried out in various cities by various scientific and educational institutions of the Government of India. This year’s theme of the main event is “Rise India” which aims to build a nation of research, innovation and empowerment. IISF-1 is the country’s largest platform for bringing together students, researchers, innovators, artists and ordinary people to celebrate India’s achievements in the field of technology. The program is intended to inspire the younger generation in the field of science and to encourage the community of workmen and partners to disseminate science. The program will start at 10:00 in the morning and run for 3 hours. More than 4 students from various schools and colleges across the state will participate in the program. Bipin Vyas, a scientist at the Salt and Marine Chemical Department in various sections of Central Salt, will provide interesting information on various aspects of salt. In addition, students will visit various scientific research and laboratories running in Central Salt. Information about their own research will also show the practical performance of various technologies through their technology. The program will also feature a science-related questionnaire competition.
