The special kite festival has attracted both domestic and international travelers. We saw 25% increase in bookings as compared to last year and a surge of 22% people travelling to Gujarat in the past one week. This includes travelers who would like to experience the vibrant annual event & Kite artists/enthusiasts along with natives celebrating Makar Sankranti with their families during the weekend.”
As said by a marketing head of Expedia, this time people also want to experience the biggest summit of India i.e. Vibrant Gujarat and that is why the footfall will keep on increasing. Vibrant Gujarat will be having lots of foreign delegates and officials as well as common people from various parts of the world.
